SHIPPING

- Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.

*Please note that some orders may require additional time to ship based on product availability.*

We will update you with shipping information as the orders are placed.

- Sweet Swedes Candy Shop uses FedEx for shipping. For any orders refused at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for covering the costs of any return packages as well as the original shipping costs.

CANDY ORDERS

- All orders will be packaged and shipped from Northern Virginia.

- All Pick & Mix candy orders will be packaged in separate bags to preserve the unique flavor of each candy.

- To prevent melting, we strongly recommend selecting specialized packaging when ordering chocolate bars.
If your order arrives melted, please email a photo along with your order number to [email address].

Please note: Sweet Swedes Candy Shop is not responsible for melted chocolate bar orders if specialized packaging was not added to your cart at checkout.
